My friend Vicky at Westra World tagged me with this Premio Meme Award! The rules say to list 7 facts about myself and pass it on to 7 people. Thanks Vicky for tagging me, I needed something fun to take my mind off things for a bit!1. I am a closet poet. I started writing poetry in my early teens and still write when I have the urge to be creative.
2. I am obsessed with baby names. More specifically, my babies' names. All 3 of my girls have 7-letter first names that end in "y" and 3-letter middle names. I'm just weird like that.
3. I always put my right shoe on first. I just don't feel normal walking around all day if I put my left shoe on first. Surely, I'm not the only one that has a shoe preference? Right? Um, yeah.
4. I love to bake. There is ALWAYS something freshly baked in the house. Whether it's brownies, cookies, cakes, pies, it really doesn't matter. I'm also one of those people that bakes something when I feel sad or depressed. It's a good outlet for my aggravation.
5. I have this thing about chihuahuas. We have 3 tiny chihuahuas here. I seem to name them after food products too. We have Sugar, Honey, and Tater Tot. If I had my way, our house would be chock-full of chihuahuas! Hubby says " I don't think so!" He's so mean(not really.)
6. I'm a list maker. I can't get through life without a list. Grocery lists, things-to-do lists, bill paying lists, packing lists, medicine giving lists....I LOVE lists. Helps me stay organized and keeps me sane!!!
7. My name is Kaleena and I am a Crayola crayon-aholic. Yes, I admit it, I am addicted to Crayola crayons. There's just something so wonderful about Crayola. I love me some crayons, but only in that beautiful yellow box. The bigger-the better. My personal favorite is the 96-count with the sharpener built right in to the back of the box. And , oh the smell of a new box! Sigh! I get almost euphoric when I buy a new box just for me! Crayola's are my own personal brand of heroin! Just give me a coloring book and a big box of Crayolas and stand back!

Wow, you're quick! I knew you'd be great at this :) My oldest wants a chihuahua in the worst way and I don't know why he is so attracted to that tiny of a dog :) I've been baking a lot lately, don't know why... but I have yet to try pie crust... it terrifies me oddly enough. You have to share some of your closeted poetry sometime, would love to read it :)

ReplyDeleteGot behind on reading here. But had to comment on the kids names. Both of my kids have 4 letter first names and 6 letter middle names. I had a dream once about a baby whose name was Timothy or something like that, and in the dream I was saying that can't be my baby, because the name was too long. I thought it was a crazy dream.
