Can You Help Me?

Maybe you all can offer me a tip. I am trying to follow everyone's suggestion on deleting that ugly comment, but I honestly don't know how! Maybe one of you that knows a little more about blog basics can tell me how. If you can tell me, just email me at kaleenamcnabb@yahoo.com
Thanks so much for your help and words of encouragement.
