Still Here

We're still hanging in here. There's not really alot to update because nothing has really changed much. Paisley is still not showing signs of an appetite and we've tried all her favorite foods. She's been sleeping alot and when she's awake she just looks drained. Still waiting on urine output. She's still not drinking much of anything, but is still getting IV fluids. They don't really seem to understand why she's not going to the bathroom. I don't really get it either. I've never seen anyone go so long with needing to pee. I'm exhausted. I really hoped we would be home before Friday. I feel really yucky and have been fighting a migraine since yesterday. The migraine is winning. I'm not expecting any visitors today, but I sure hope someone will come. I really am running our of ways to keep myself occupied. Anyway...we're still here. Still wanna go home.

  1. Kaleena, I am so sorry that had haven't gotten to you sooner! I had no idea that Paisley is in the hospital. I tried to read your blog yesterday, and Ezekiel was so crabby, I had to get off. I have been WAY to busy! I am getting really tired of you having to go through so many problems with health in your family. I am really begging God to fill you with peace and delivery your family from all of these ongoing problems. Take care and keep us posted. I'm praying...

    Much Love,
    Jenny xx

  4. Kaleena...how heartbreaking for you to see Paisely looking drained...and for her to feel so sick. I know that is a helpless feeling.
I pray very hard for her..right now:
Dear Heavenly Father...Please, be with Paisley...touch and heal her little body, Lord. I ask this in the name of Your Son, Jesus.
    Amen

  5. We all keep coming back to your postings hoping to see that Paisley has improved. My hope is that the doctors figure out the right course of treatment and she starts to respond. And for you, migraines are no fun to fight in a weakened state. Hopefully you can find a way to sleep when Paisley sleeps so you feel rested. We continue to pray for Paisley, you, and rest of your family that this ends quickly so you and Paisley can return home. Keep updating us on your blog, please. Hugs.

  6. Oh..... If I were closer I'd stop by!

But I'm gonna pray here anyway...

    Dear Jesus,
Please heal Paisley Lord. Return her to her family happy and healthy. Get rid of the fever and whatever else is bringing her down and help her body do what it is supposed to do. Be with Kaleena and give her the strength. Give the doctors wisdom and insight on what to do next.
    In Jesus' name,
    Amen

    *HUGS*
