It's the Lisa Leonard necklace that I won over at Mimi's blog! Let's open up the box and have a look at it.....
The winner of the contest was allowed to selected any one piece of jewelry from Lisa's shop. I studied her shop for DAYS wanting to be sure that I selected the perfect piece. She had so many beautiful pieces to choose from. The one that stood out the most for me was Heartstrings. What do you think? I think I'm in love!
I've gotta tell you that Lisa is a sweetheart to work with. We emailed back and forth several times to make sure that my order was placed correctly and that the spelling was right. She was super friendly and even upgraded my prize a little so that I could add the pearl and have a longer chain. Plus, shipping was also included. Once we finally placed my order, I was told to allow 2-3 weeks for it to be custom made and shipped, but I got this necklace in just one week. I was thrilled to find it in the mail so quickly. I've already started picking out a bracelet from her shop to add to my wish list for my birthday:)
On a side note: Thank you again to anyone that donated to Destiny's fundraiser. The last of the money was collected and turned in yesterday.
