My Paisley has taken a turn for the worst and I am now at her bedside. It is 2 in the morning here and I am watching her sleep fitfully. She now has the flu and pneumonia. Her o2 sats are holding at 84-85%. Her fever has been returning to 105 degrees off and on all day. She was so severely dehydrated that it took them forever to draw blood from her this afternoon. My sweet Paisley is coughing her head off and burning up with fever. She has no energy and we haven't been able to get her to take much liquid by mouth in several days. The last bite of food she put in her mouth was on Thursday night at dinner. It's easy to tell that she's lost some weight(4 pounds)just by looking at her little face. Please send up your prayers for Paisley. I am so worried this time. Please have everyone you know send up prayers for my sweet girl. We really need to get rid of this pneumonia because her little body is just exhausted. PRAY, PRAY, PRAY!!!!!!
I will just keep praying! I wish there was something else I could do :) Just know I am thinking of you and saying extra prayers for Paisley!
ReplyDeleteI know what it's like to haeva child sick in the hospital. My little boy had pneumonia as a result of the flu a couple of years ago. Not fun. I am praying for all of your kids. How are Delaney and Destiny?
